Cancellation policy
Full refund minus a $25 cancellation charge will be applied for all cancellations received in writing on or before December 30, 2009
Full refund minus a $350 cancellation charge for any cancellations received in writing between December 31- February 15, 2010
No refunds for any cancellations after February 15, 2010
