YMN Conference participants received a Namaste bag filled with yarn-related goodies

One of the most beloved features of the YMN Smart Business Conference is the gift big. Who, after all, doesn’t love a well-chosen surprise gift, especially when presented in a chic handbag?

At registration attendees received the large gift bag–a fabulous Namaste purse (Namaste provided a range of styles and colors, including the coveted new eggplant Zuma)—which contained a host of treasures, including:

• Sample balls and skeins of yarn from Be Sweet, Koigu and Tahki Stacy Charles
• An assortment of Westminster yarns in shades of green (in honor of St. Patrick’s Day)
• Classic Elite one-ball project kit
• A “J’aime Bergere” bag of treats
• Needles from Bryson, Clover and Lantern Moon
• Wool wash from Eucalan, Unicorn Fibre Wash and a Louet/Soak combo pack
• Books, including a copy of the knitting comic Handknit Heroes, a Vogue “On-the-Go” and Glam Knits from F&W Publishing
• A pattern from Gardiner Yarn Works

Party favors—Skacel DPNs in a pretty DellaQ bag—were distributed at the cocktail party. And, top it all off, Buffalo Gold raffled off a ticket for next year’s conference.

Many thanks to all these great vendors for your generosity. You not only helped inform the conference, but also made it a lot more fun.
